Born in Milan (Italy) in July 17, 1970
She took the Italian law degree (cum laude) at the Milan University, Italy (“Università degli Studi di Milano”) in 1995.
Enrolled at the Milan Bar, Italy (“Ordine degli Avvocati di Milano”) in 1999.
She is dealing with international trade and contract law, business law, corporate law, as well as with trademarks and intellectual property law. She is currently focused on the negotiation and drafting of international supply contracts for the English affiliate of a Canadian multinational pharmaceutical group (Patheon Group) with their customers based all over the world, EU, USA and Asia. The 90% of her current work is provided in English. In her role as “European Legal Counsel – Director Legal Affairs Italy”, she deals with all day-to-day company matters: commercial and business issues, corporate, health & safety issues, internal implementation of personal data protection law (D.L. 196/2003) and of D.L. 231/2001 (Administrative Liability of Companies), negotiation and drafting (abroad and in Italy) of contracts with pharmaceutical companies (commercial and PDS), with suppliers and banks.
